retainfo.co.uk is an independent UK education and harm-reduction site about retatrutide, an experimental weight-loss medicine that is not licensed anywhere in the world. We explain what the trials show, what UK law says, what has gone wrong with products sold online, and how to lose weight safely without any of it.

Who runs the site

retainfo.co.uk is run by an independent editorial team in the UK. We have no connection to Eli Lilly, to any pharmacy, clinic or online prescribing service, or to any business that makes or sells peptides or medicines.

We do not publish our names. That is a deliberate choice: we want the pages to stand or fall on their sources, not on anyone's job title. Every figure on the site links to the trial paper, regulator or company release it came from, so you can check it yourself. Our editorial policy explains how that works.

Why the site exists

Retatrutide is talked about everywhere: TikTok, Instagram, group chats, gym changing rooms. Most of what circulates is either hype or a sales pitch. At the same time, the UK medicines regulator has said that products sold in the UK claiming to contain retatrutide "are likely to be illegal and are potentially dangerous to people's health".^[1]

We wanted one place that takes both halves seriously: the genuinely striking trial results, and the reality of what is in a vial bought online. Start with what retatrutide is if you are new to it.

How pages are reviewed

Every page shows a "last reviewed" date and who reviewed it. We re-check each page at least every 90 days. We also re-check sooner whenever something changes that affects it: a new trial result, a regulatory decision, an enforcement action or a safety alert. When a figure changes, we update it on the page and note what was changed and when.

How the site is funded

• No advertising.
• No sponsorship.
• No paid links, commission links or referral arrangements of any kind.
• No links to any vendor of any product.
• No income from any peptide, pharmacy, prescribing or medicines business.

The site's running costs (domain and hosting) are met by the editorial team. Nobody pays us to write anything, and nobody pays us when you click anything.

The no-vendor-links rule

We never link to any business that sells peptides, "research chemicals" or weight-loss injections, and we never name one as a place to obtain anything. This includes any business connected to anyone on the team. The rule is enforced by an automated check that runs every time the site is built: if a link to a known seller or an owner-connected business appears anywhere in the content, the build fails and the page cannot go live.

What we will not do

• No instructions on using retatrutide. No doses, no dose steps, no preparation, no injection technique, no calculators. Trial dose levels appear only as facts about trial design on the clinical trials pages.
• No sourcing. No vendor names, no prices, no "which one is safest" content. There is no safe unlicensed retatrutide; the safety section explains why.
